KDP Listing Generator is an AI-powered tool that helps indie authors create optimized Amazon KDP listing metadata from their finished manuscripts. The service generates:

• Title and subtitle suggestions
• Seven backend keyword fields
• HTML-formatted book descriptions
• Category recommendations
• A+ Content briefs
• Compliance reports with sourced recommendations

The tool provides suggestions and recommendations. You, the author, make all final decisions about what goes into your actual KDP listing.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you sign in with Google OAuth, your account security depends on your Google account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Do not share your account credentials with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

You agree not to use KDP Listing Generator to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing on others' intellectual property rights.
• Generate listings for content that violates Amazon's content guidelines (hate speech, explicit content involving minors, content that promotes violence, etc.).
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from our service using bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Reverse engineer our AI prompts, knowledge base, or processing pipeline.
• Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent our security measures.
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label our service without written permission.

This is important, so we want to be straightforward about it:

• All metadata suggestions are generated by AI (Anthropic's Claude API) based on your manuscript content and our curated knowledge base of Amazon KDP rules, published research, and community best practices.
• AI suggestions are starting points, not final copy. You should always review and edit the generated content before using it in your actual KDP listing.
• We do not guarantee rankings, sales, or visibility on Amazon. No tool can guarantee these outcomes. Amazon's algorithms and marketplace dynamics are beyond anyone's control.
• We cite the source of every recommendation (Amazon official rules, published research, or community practices) so you can make informed decisions. But Amazon may change its rules, algorithms, or guidelines at any time.
• You are solely responsible for the final content you publish on Amazon KDP. Always verify that your listing complies with Amazon's current terms of service.

• KDP Listing Generator uses a credit-based system. Each AI generation step consumes credits. The free tier includes a limited number of credits.
• Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring subscription basis (monthly). Your subscription auto-renews unless you cancel before the next billing date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
• Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits from the current billing period do not roll over.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice via email. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle, not the current one.
• All prices are displayed in EUR. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

• KDP Listing Generator provides recommendations, not guarantees. We do our best to keep our knowledge base current, but Amazon may change their rules, algorithms, or enforcement at any time without notice.
• We are not liable for any rejected listings, account suspensions, lost sales, or other consequences arising from the use of our suggestions on Amazon KDP.
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for service interruptions due to third-party outages (Anthropic API, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel) that are beyond our control.

We aim to keep KDP Listing Generator available at all times, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or third-party outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Romania. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Romania.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
